Restaurante I Velieri

El Restaurante - pizzeria "I Velieri", situado dentro del Complejo vacacional y Camping "Torre del Porticciolo", basa su cocina en una sabia combinación de tradiciones gastronómicas de la ciudad de Alguer en especial, y de toda Cerdeña en general.

La insularidad, la cultura agropastoral y la agricultura caracterizan la cocina de Cerdeña: sencilla y original al mismo tiempo, con un contenido elevado de ingredientes y sabores fundamentales, sin elaboraciones, aromática de hierbas, entre las que se encuentra el arrayán, el romero y el elicriso. Sus puntos fuertes son las carnes asadas, los productos lácteos, los embutidos, el pan, los dulces y los vinos. Nuestros platos de mar tienen su origen en las recetas catalanas, españolas, de Cerdeña y Génova, modificadas con el tiempo pero siempre conservando y exaltando la autenticidad de la pesca de Cerdeña, donde el mar es uno de los más generosos del Mediterráneo.

En nuestro Restaurante podrá encontrar propuestas variadas que van de las especialidades típicas de la cocina de Cerdeña hasta los platos locales a base de pescado de la cocina de Alguer. Podrá saborear  platos combinados acompañados con vinos de calidad de la bodega Santa Maria la Palma, procedente de las viñas del territorio circundante. 
Podrá sentarse y pedir el menú como aprovechar del servicio de media pensión o pensión completa, que podrá adquirir durante la fase de reserva o in situ, al inicio de la vacaciones y durante toda su vigencia. Posibilidad de platos sin gluten.

Una vez a la semana podrás disfrutar de nuestra «Cena Sarda» y descubrir los auténticos sabores de Cerdeña: una cena que te hará vivir nuestra tradición, entre sabor y hospitalidad.
