Ferienanlage und Campingplatz auf Sardinien mit Restaurant

Die Küche des Restaurants „I Velieri“, das sich innerhalb des Feriendorfs und Campingplatz „Torre del Porticciolo“ befindet, basiert auf einer interessanten Mischung von traditionellen Rezepten aus Alghero und allgemein aus ganz Sardinien.

Die Insellage, der Agropastoralismus und die Landwirtschaft prägen die sardische Küche:  Sie ist schlicht und dennoch original, reich an Zutaten und schmackhaft, nicht zu aufwendig, und mit Gewürzen wie Myrte, Rosmarin und Strohblumen bereichert. Gebratenes Fleisch, Milchprodukte, Wurstwaren, Brot, Süßspeisen und Wein stellen die Eckpunkte dar. Unsere Fischgerichte inspirieren sich an Rezepten aus Katalonien, Spanien, Sardinien und Genua. Sie wurden im Laufe der Zeit abgeändert und heben stets die Unverfälschtheit des direkt um Sardinien, wo das Mittelmeer besonders fischreich ist, gefischten Fisches hervor.

In unserem Restaurant erwartet Sie eine große Auswahl, die von den typischen sardischen Gerichten bis hin zu Fischgerichten aus der algerischen Tradition reicht. 
Sie können einfach Platz nehmen und à la carte bestellen, oder aber die Halb- oder Vollpension nutzen, die Sie entweder bei der Buchung selbst oder direkt bei Urlaubsantritt für die gesamte Urlaubszeit bestellen können. Gerne servieren wir auch glutenfreie Gerichte. Wer lieber zuhause isst, der profitiere von unserem Take away.

Einmal pro Woche können Sie unser „Cena Sarda“ (sardisches Abendessen) genießen und die authentischen Aromen Sardiniens entdecken: ein Abendessen, bei dem Sie unsere Tradition zwischen Geschmack und Gastfreundschaft erleben können.
